Do my customers need to install an app?
No. They just hold their phone near the card and the page opens in their browser. Phones without NFC can scan the QR code printed on every card.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. iPhone XS and newer read NFC cards on their own when the screen is on. Most Android phones read them when NFC is turned on, which it usually is by default. Any phone can scan the QR code.
Can I change what my card opens later?
Yes, anytime and as often as you like. The card stays the same; we change where it points. No reprinting.
Can I see how many people used my card?
Yes. You get a live report with taps per day, reviews drafted, visits to Google and table requests, card by card.
Is there a monthly fee?
Cards are a one-time purchase. Smart features like the review helper, table calls and your live report run on a small service plan. Ask us for current pricing.
