This website does not use cookies, ad trackers or analytics that identify you. Your cart and the order form you are filling in are kept only in your own browser until you place the order.

When you place an order we store what you enter: your name, mobile number, email (if given), business name and type, delivery address and notes. We use it only to confirm, make and deliver your order and to contact you about it. If you choose WhatsApp updates, order messages are sent through WhatsApp (Meta) to your number.

When you call or email us, we receive what you send and use it only to reply. We keep order records for our accounts; ask us any time to see or delete yours.

Pages our cards open

When someone taps or scans one of our cards, we record that the card was opened and which steps were used on the page (for example making a review draft or opening Google), the language chosen and whether it was a tap or a scan. For table-service cards we record the table and the request, like water or the bill.

We do not record customers’ names, phone numbers, emails, locations, IP addresses or device IDs, and we do not store the text of reviews. Reviews are posted by customers on Google, under Google’s terms.

Digital business-card profiles

A Smart Business Card opens a profile page with the details its holder chose to show, like name, phone, email and links. The holder can change or remove them any time with their own PIN, and the page shows exactly what they saved. We count how many times a profile is opened, not who opened it.

Who sees it

The business using a card sees totals: taps, drafts, visits to Google and table requests. Our small team sees the same totals to run the service. We do not sell or share data.

How long we keep it

We keep the counts while a business uses the service, and delete a business’s data when they stop, on request.
