FAQ
Good questions.
What do you need for a custom design?
Your logo (a clear PNG or PDF works best), your brand colours if you have them, and what the card should open.
How many revisions do I get?
We keep refining until you’re happy with it before printing.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. iPhone XS and newer read NFC cards on their own when the screen is on. Most Android phones read them when NFC is turned on, which it usually is by default. Any phone can scan the QR code.
Can I change what my card opens later?
Yes, anytime and as often as you like. The card stays the same; we change where it points. No reprinting.
Does the card need charging or a battery?
No. The NFC chip has no battery. It is powered by the phone for the split second it is being read.
