Orders

Orders are placed on this website. Placing an order does not charge you anything. We contact you to confirm the cards, quantities, price and delivery. For personalised or custom cards we share a design preview and print only after you approve it. Payment options are shared once you approve. Prices shown are per card and may change; the price we confirm with you is the one that applies.

Cards and service

Cards are a one-time purchase. Smart features, like the review helper, table-service requests and the live report, run on a service plan that we agree with you. Cards pause a few days after a missed payment and start again once it is paid. We can change where a card points at no extra cost.

Fair reviews

Every customer sees the same review page, whatever they thought of their visit. Businesses must not offer rewards for reviews, ask only happy customers, or write reviews for customers. The review draft is only a starting point; customers choose what to post, and the star rating, on Google.

Table service

Table-service requests are a convenience for guests and staff, not a guarantee of service time.

Availability

We work to keep everything running smoothly but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Phones without NFC can always use the QR code on the card.
