Does it follow the account automatically?
No, and nothing should. It opens your profile so the customer can tap Follow themselves.
Can one card open two accounts?
A card opens one link at a time. You can change it whenever you like, or get one card per account.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. iPhone XS and newer read NFC cards on their own when the screen is on. Most Android phones read them when NFC is turned on, which it usually is by default. Any phone can scan the QR code.
Can I change what my card opens later?
Yes, anytime and as often as you like. The card stays the same; we change where it points. No reprinting.
Does the card need charging or a battery?
No. The NFC chip has no battery. It is powered by the phone for the split second it is being read.
